Hello, and welcome to my world of reimagined Regency romance!
Writing has always been a deeply personal journey for me—a way to explore, celebrate, and honour the timeless magic of Jane Austen’s stories while offering fresh perspectives on beloved characters. My first novel, Dear Sir, began as a lingering idea that wouldn’t let go—a Pride and Prejudice variation that dares to ask, “What if the story changed after Hunsford?” While it may surprise purists, I promise a journey rich with emotion, growth, and a satisfying conclusion for every character.
My second novel, More Discerning, is a deeper dive into Austen’s world, exploring how subtle differences in Jane and Elizabeth’s choices ripple through their lives and those around them. I loved watching the characters evolve and respond to these changes, often in ways that surprised even me.
With Passion and Persistence, my third novel, I asked, “What if Darcy didn’t wait for fate but pursued Elizabeth with renewed determination?” Writing this story gave me immense joy as I crafted a bold, heartfelt narrative where love overcomes every obstacle.
